Original model previews — Hong Kong Disneyland 3D Explorer All 24 sets refreshed 28 October 2026 from the current local project models: eight lands, the castle/home share image, three hotels and twelve space journeys. Hotel 1280px WebP files use lossless encoding and preserve the rendered PNG pixels; other responsive variants use Lanczos resizing and quality 88. No official park photos used. Project: https://github.com/jacksoncwp/hk-disneyland These are offline software renderings, not browser captures, official photography, or live views. Lighting, terrain base color and the Sun's shading are illustrative. Transparent effects and procedural GPU shader details are not reproduced by this software renderer. Mountain vegetation colors are an illustrative approximation of the live forest/scrub/rock shader. Static asteroid lobes, stretch and spin use the current GPU input data at the selected frame; fine shader grain is omitted. PNG share images are 1280x720, with 480/960/1280px responsive WebP copies. The homepage share PNG and its responsive castle images use the same rendering. Moon image: NASA Scientific Visualization Studio, CGI Moon Kit https://svs.gsfc.nasa.gov/4720/ Ernie Wright (USRA), Noah Petro (NASA/GSFC); LROC WAC color mosaic NASA/GSFC/Arizona State University. Texture projected onto illustrative terrain. Mars image: color map by Solar System Scope / INOVE https://www.solarsystemscope.com/textures/ Licensed under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/ Adaptation: source JPEG converted to WebP, mapped onto this project's original Mars geometry, and rendered with illustrative lighting into PNG/WebP previews. The craters, flattened landing site, castle and local relief are artistic models. Earth image: the same local NASA Blue Marble: Next Generation July 2004 day map used by the live Earth, by Reto Stöckli, NASA Goddard Space Flight Center. https://science.nasa.gov/earth/earth-observatory/blue-marble-next-generation/base-map/ The historic map is resized/re-encoded and rendered with illustrative lighting; it is not live satellite/weather data. See /textures/earth-credits.txt. Sun image: existing solar sphere with an illustrative procedural color texture; the live scene's GPU plasma, corona and prominence effects are not captured. Regeneration: scripts/export-scene-previews.mjs + scripts/render-scene-previews.py + scripts/sync-scene-previews.mjs (complete batch validation and local file copy) Refresh inventory, dimensions and SHA-256 checksums: /scene-previews/manifest.json Venus preview: original planet geometry, procedural geology texture, fictional insects, underground access sites and castle models from this project. The amber lighting is illustrative, and transparent cloud/GPU effects are omitted. See /textures/venus-credits.txt for scientific references and fantasy context. Mercury preview: this project's original crater/scarp geometry, procedural crater map, impact-rock instances and castle/crew models. Offline directional lighting is illustrative; transparent adaptive-visor GPU effects are omitted. See /textures/mercury-credits.txt for scientific and fictional-scene context. The Mercury environment preview includes terraced craters, a lobate scarp, bright shallow hollows and the scene's radial day/night mask. Offline shading is illustrative and omits live GPU grain/normal detail and transparent visors. Asteroid-belt preview: original project rock geometry and castle rocket, exported from the same Three.js model. Carbonaceous, stony and metal-rich bodies are artistic interpretations. The preview omits live GPU spin and fine shader grain. Distances, travel time, body placement and flight route are compressed / fictional. The real main belt is mostly empty space between Mars and Jupiter. NASA context: https://science.nasa.gov/mission/dawn/faq/ https://science.nasa.gov/solar-system/asteroids/ Jupiter preview: project planet geometry with the NASA / GSFC / STScI Hubble 2015 global color map. Offline shading omits animated zonal drift and limb haze. Four Galilean moon positions and travel distances are illustrative/compressed. Saturn preview: project oblate planet geometry with INOVE / Solar System Scope color texture, CC BY 4.0. Source: https://www.solarsystemscope.com/textures/ License: https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/ Resized/re-encoded; offline shading and radial ring transparency are approximate. Live GPU cloud drift, reconstructed polar jet, view-dependent ice transmission, analytic ring shadows and limb haze are omitted. Original ring profile uses NASA radii. Full attribution: /textures/saturn-credits.txt Neptune preview: original castle rocket and Neptune model, with this project's procedural pale blue cloud texture. Exported from the same Three.js scene. The offline preview omits GPU wind motion, atmospheric scattering and faint ring transparency. Triton's surface is illustrative; this is not a live observation. Scientific context / artwork provenance: /textures/neptune-credits.txt Neptune detail preview uses smooth interpolated vertex lighting from the model's visible-light photometry approximation, avoiding artificial faceted shading. Atmospheric haze, live wind distortion and translucent rings remain omitted by the offline renderer; the image is illustrative rather than a GPU screenshot. Uranus preview: original pale cyan cloud artwork, sideways oblate planet and narrow dark ring model from this project. Offline software rendering interpolates its atmospheric photometry and approximates narrow inner rings as opaque lanes; GPU haze, animated winds, optical depth, outer dust and ring shadows are absent. The preview is illustrative, not a screenshot or a spacecraft observation. Scientific context / artwork provenance: /textures/uranus-credits.txt Uranus detail preview uses the revised original cloud map and an eccentric, variable-width epsilon ring. Two-times software supersampling reduces aliasing in the narrow ring lanes, then downsamples to 1280 x 720. It still omits GPU haze, wind distortion and transparent scattering/shadow effects. Pluto preview: original castle rocket, rover and illustrative ice terrain from this project, with an original procedural 2K atlas. Offline lighting is schematic; it omits GPU frost grain and the transparent atmospheric limb. The scene is not a spacecraft photograph or surveyed landing. Context: /textures/pluto-credits.txt Pluto detail preview uses the revised original ice / old-terrain color map and sculpted ice-block geometry. Offline lighting still omits the new grayscale height map, material frost/fissures and sunlight-dependent transparent haze.
